SPR# SPPPDN4LZD - Server - Adminp - Rename - Fixed an issue where renaming a user back to their original name caused issues - the new email address was not updated and the new shortname was not listed in the first position. Note, the following INI needs to be set ENABLE_EXTRA_NAME_COMPARE=1. It is from SPR MSKABZGS2R and it involves other checks around the rename flow.
